The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Thompson Ferrier has no control over these charges, nor can Thompson Ferrier predict what they may be.

At l’esperienza della luce, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure every order is inspected before they are shipped to you. Please inspect your order carefully as Thompson Ferrier cannot accept your return due to the delicate nature of our product. In the event your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service department within three business days and we will replace any damaged goods.

Finally, L’espereinza della luce wants you to be safe.   Therefore, please be sure to trim the wick to ¼" before each lighting. Allow to cool before re-lighting. Burn on heat-resistant surface. Container may become hot to the touch. Do not drop foreign matter or wick trimmings into the candle. To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candles within sight. Keep away from things that may catch fire. Keep out of reach of children and pets. All fragranced candles are not for consumption.  Always store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct and indirect sunlight to avoid candle to turn yellow over time.

By visiting or using the Website, you agree and acknowledge that all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (collectively, "Claims") arising out of your use of the Website, including those Claims arising from goods purchased over the Website, shall be governed to the maximum possible extent by the laws of the State California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and any such action or claim must be brought and pursued exclusively within the state or federal courts in Ventura County.  Any and all Claims brought by you against us must be brought in accordance with the applicable Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), which proceeding will be held before one arbitrator in Ventura California.  Each party shall each pay their own attorneys fees in connection with any arbitration, regardless of any finding of liability.   You agree that you will not join any other user or third party’s claim or arbitration and waive all rights to bring any CLASS ACTION or CLASS ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS against us.
