Frequently Asked Questions

  • We currently offer shipping in the U.S. and do accept working with freight forwarders in the U.S. for International orders. Please include your freight forwarders company name and address in your Wholesale Application for us to review. 

  • Our candles are custom-made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to pour and dry your candles before they ship out. You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order has left our Ventura shipping department.

  • Wax refills are available in all vessels. Once the wax in your candle has run out, you can use the vessel as a vase. or order our Refill pack. CLICK HERE

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should your candle arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage, along with your order number to info@ldlcandles.com

  • To ensure a clean burn, please trim your wicks to less than 1/4 inch before burning. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours or leave the flames unattended. 

  • To avoid tunneling, please keep your candle lit until there is an even pool of wax across the top of your candle.
